First, u need to go to Start, then run. (or click windows icon + r)
Type in regedit in the box.
Next, goto the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\VxD\MSTCP.
Find the string DefaultRcvWindow.
Now, edit the number to 64240 then restart your computer.
Original value is 373360.
